  • I would like an email threat scan, what do I need to do?

    Great! All you need to do is fill out your details in the form above and one of our cyber experts will be in touch to arrange the scan. In preparation for the scan, we will need to have access to an administrator account on your Microsoft 365 tenant.

  • Will the Free Email Threat Scan impact my emails?

    No, they won’t. While we are busy scanning your emails, you will be able to use your emails as normal and will not notice a difference. Should you have any concerns around this, do speak with one of our cyber experts.

  • How long will the Free Email Threat Scan take to complete?

    The email threat scan will take approximately 24 to 48 hours. This can vary depending on the size of your mailbox(es).

  • What email accounts can I scan?

    At the moment, our email threat scan only works for Microsoft 365 mailboxes. If you have a Google Workspace, or any other, account – then unfortunately we will not be able to carry out an email threat scan on this. However, we are working to get our email threat scan working on other email service providers as soon as possible.
